It has long been a dream to open a restaurant. What started as a hobby we now hope to be able to share with you. The dough is made in the barn, poolish over 20 hours before it rises for a further 24-36 hours. The topping is supplied by well-known suppliers and is of top quality.
The pizza is baked in an electric oven supplied by Effeuno at almost 500 degrees. This is not "fast food", but is cooked in approx. 90 seconds.
